Currently every item pictured is made to order.
In the Comments Box during checkout please:
1. Specify which of the 6 glaze colors you would like as the main color of your piece.
Also specify which accents colors you do or do not wish.
2. Please also make a note in the comments area when checking out if you have time constraints for your order arrival
(ie. a birthday, anniversary, etc.).
After your order is placed we will will do our best to ship your order within 1-4 weeks after purchase, via UPS or USPS.

Return Policy
The pottery you order is made by hand and each piece is unique. The item is a one-of-a-kind piece.
We guarantee that all items sent will be of first-quality. If you choose to return or exchange a piece, you must pay for return shipping and insurance. The returned item total minus our original shipping costs will be refunded to you.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of receiving the piece.
If there is a problem with your shipment due to breakage or damage in shipping, please save ALL packaging materials and call us within ONE WEEK of receipt. We cannot replace/exchange any piece broken AFTER it is in your hands.
Pots in Use
As with all stoneware, exposure to extremes in temperature will cause breakage. Do not thaw frozen food on stoneware in either the microwave or the oven. Heat stoneware gradually. For instance, warm a teapot in hot tap water before pouring boiling water into it. Though our work is functional and food safe, it must be handled with care. We cannot be held responsible for breakage after a piece is in your hands.
