Adam Spector Studios
I create my handmade pottery in the Bristol Hills of the Finger Lakes region of New York State. The paintings on the surfaces are images inspired by this area; many of the forms walk a fine line between pottery and sculpture. My wife Sarah is my business manager, assistant, critiquer and muse.
We recycle our clay and other raw materials, along with using many recycled or recyclable packaging materials (as much as will ensure that your order arrives in one piece!). We hope you’ll help us by recycling, re-using or donating the materials we use to ship your order.
Our work is intended for everyday use. It may be used in the dishwasher, microwave and oven, if done so gently. This means placing pieces in a cold oven and then turning it on. All of our work is lead free.
Thank you for supporting American Craftspeople!
